How to buy
- Click on the item, select the quantity to order, and click the Add to Bag button. After entering the shopping bag page, click "Checkout" to enter the order information confirmation link.
- Re-check the product information and quantity of the order, select the required pickup method and payment method, and click "Submit Order" after confirming that it is correct.
- The payment method accepts "Payme", "Alipay", "FPS" and "Bank Transfer".
- Shipment will be arranged as soon as possible after payment is confirmed. (Generally, the goods will be shipped within 3-5 working days after payment is confirmed, and will not be shipped on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
Change or cancel an order
- If we have already arranged delivery for the order, we will not accept any changes to the order information or cancel the order. If you find that the information is wrong after confirming the order, please contact the customer service as soon as possible. The online time of customer service is: Monday to Saturday 10:00am-8:00pm; Sunday and public holidays are closed. We will still reply to inquiries during non-office hours from time to time, please wait patiently.
- If the customer needs to change the product due to the wrong order before the delivery is arranged (for example: changing the taste, changing the style, changing the size, etc.), we will try our best to cooperate with the arrangement according to the actual situation and charge a $50 handling fee
- If a customer's delivery fails due to providing an incorrect shipping address, they may be required to pay an additional $55 for rescheduling the delivery.
