Shipping Options

  • Free home delivery service for purchases of HKD$650 or above
  • For orders under HKD$650, a delivery fee of HKD$50 will be charged
  • Any amount of consumption can be self-collected at Belly Boys Burger in Causeway Bay. Reservation is required three working days in advance. 5% discount for self-pickup (diapers only), please enter the promo code: PICKUPDISCOUNT
  • Causeway Bay Belly Boys Burger Address: G/F, 52 Tang Lung St, Causeway Bay
  • S.F. express services are all paid on delivery (except for other specially marked products)

Shipping Notes

  • The goods will be sent out within 3-5 working days after confirming the order payment
  • If the delivery is delayed due to weather or force majeure, the delivery date will be notified separately
  • No delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays
  • Delivery service is available for delivery destinations in Hong Kong
  • If you choose the door-to-door service, there will be a surcharge or ground delivery for village houses/tenements/stairs
  • For remote areas such as Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, outlying islands, etc., delivery surcharges are required, please contact us for details
  • Before delivery, the driver will call in advance to confirm the delivery time, please pay attention to the phone number; if the recipient cannot be contacted, the driver will keep the goods and not deliver them without further notice
  • In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision

Change or Cancel an order

  • If we have already arranged delivery for the order, we will not accept any changes to the order information or cancel the order. If you find that the information is incorrect after confirming the order, please contact customer service as soon as possible.
  • If the customer needs to change the product (for example: changing the taste, changing the style, changing the size, etc.) due to the wrong order before the delivery is arranged, we will try our best to cooperate with the arrangement according to the actual situation and charge a HKD$50 handling fee.
  • If the delivery fails due to the wrong delivery address, the customer may need to re-invite HKD$50 shipping fee to arrange delivery again.
